Silver Dollar City is our home amusement park, located in Branson, Missouri and about an hour from our home. We had planned a trip to see the holiday decorations but had no idea what an amazing, one of a kind experience it would be.
First of all it was in the 70s in the evening - mid December - kids were running around barefoot and in shorts and t shirts!!! And....we have never seen such a beautiful holiday light display - anywhere - and we have seen a few!!!
We had a wonderful time. I rode Time Traveler with J - OMG!
We spent the night at our nearby favorite Best Western and returned home to winter the next day!
